The French Conversation group recently had the great pleasure of celebrating a very special birthday of one of our much-loved members. A rousing rendition of ‘Joyeux Anniversaire’ was sung, followed by a feast of French cheeses washed down with a small glass of cider – it was the middle of the afternoon after all. A very enjoyable afternoon filled with warmth, laughter and, of course, plenty of French conversation.
