For its latest outing the Art Appreciation 2 group went to the Lightbox museum in Woking. A regular haunt of our small group, the Lightbox often showcases small but landmark exhibitions in the history of art.
Last winter the Lightbox brought together sketches by the great masters of the Renaissance, while this month we were treated to yet a further selection of paintings and sculptures by Scottish artists, including a large painting by Dorothy Johnstone of lover and fellow artist Cecile Walton.
