The Line Dancing group continues to have great fun learning easy and more challenging dances – there’s something for everyone.
Line dancing is also a brilliant way to keep active those important non-verbal and memory skills: sequencing, visual patterns, orientation and spatial awareness. It’s good for the body, the spirits and the brain!
New members are welcome − don’t worry about catching up, as our patient tutor understands we need lots of recapping.
She has also provided us with a CD and instructions for the steps, and we can see examples of many of the dances online.
